Serenity Yoga and Wellness Program
A Six Week Course offering Yoga for a Healthy Lifestyle, 

This unique, six-week course will provide an environment to experience an increased sense of well-being, from the inside out. Health and Wellness starts from within, and Yoga offers a wonderful beginning to that journey by exploring the mind-body connection through breath and gentle movement with yoga.

What To Expect

Classes are designed specifically for the participants of the program to ensure maximum benefits. All levels are welcome and no prior experience is needed. Each class will include:

  • Breathing techniques to center the mind, reduce tension in the body and increase focus

  • Safe, guided movements in and out of yoga postures

  • Building strength, increasing flexibility and lifting energy

Getting Started

Through our initial consultation, we’ll discuss in-depth, the expectations and goals for the program. We’ll also discuss a fee schedule that works for the company, whether classes are employer subsidized or employee sponsored.
 

To select a suitable location, consider conference rooms, lunch rooms or a company gym. Typically, classes will meet once a week for 60-75 minutes for 6-8 week sessions. The best class times are either before or right after normal work hours. Staff members will be responsible for bringing their own yoga mat.

Serenity Yoga and  Wellness class participants will enjoy a workshop entitled "What's in Your Smoothie and What's on Your Plate?" Participants will leave each class with more energy, feeling refreshed, and better equipped to eliminate stress and tension throughout their day, This can result is increased morale, better productivity and a healthier work environment.

Employee Wellness Program
