Find your balance.....soothe your mind, and re-energize your spirit
So, unless we are consuming fruit, let's make a conscious effort not to consume any sugar, sweet drinks, or sweet snacks again this week. It will take a few days to get started, let's give ourselves a little help, but when it comes to yoga, Diet is very much an important part of our yoga practice.
Let's replace those sweet drinks with water. Eliminating sugar is going to be our best reward, because sugar increases inflammation in the body. However, don't be too hard on yourself. At the end of the week, let's not put ourselves into any stress, if you want that sweet "what-ever-it-is, just don't over do it.
