Spiritual Well-Being
Spirituality can be defined as an emotion, or a feeling, that affects your behavior enablinlg you to discover the essence of your being and the deepest values by which we live. It encompasses our belief in the one true God and enables us to connect through prayer and meditation, where we ultimately receive God's wisdom and understanding.

Your behavior affects your mood, and ultimately, your spirit

Your mood affects your state of well being, and

Your state of well-being affects your health.
Some people manifest their spirituality in charismatic ways, others manifest their spirituality in a quiet way.
So how do we achieve spiritual well-being?
When you consciously and subconsciously make efforts to have balance and harmony in your everyday living, you are experiencing spiritual well-being.
When you reach a place of spiritual presence, and acceptance in your life, a true connection of the mind, body and spirit emerges with wisdom, and an understanding to the meaning of 'the fruits of the spirit' becomes complete.
“But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control….. Against such there is no law."
