Research shows that including a routine mindfulness yoga practice

increases oxygen to the brain, lowers blood pressure, reduces anxiety, and lowers stress.


Yoga breathing slows down the heart rate, improves blood circulation, improves physical health and our immune system. And, improves our focus and concentration.

Employee Wellness Yoga Classes are stress management tools that can benefit employees by reducing stress and improving overall emotional and physical wellbeing, to experience an increased sense of well-being, from the inside out. Yoga is a gift that provides well-being, by connecting the mind, the body and the spirit. The Result: Homeostasis, from the Greek words for "same" and "steady," refers to any process that living things use to actively maintain fairly stable conditions necessary for survival.


How It Works

Classes are designed specifically for the participants of the program to ensure maximum benefits. All levels are welcomed and no prior experience is needed. Each class will include:

  • Breathing techniques to calm the mind, reduce tension in the body and increase focus,

  • Safe, guided movements in and out of yoga postures, on and off the mat,

  • Building strength, increasing flexibility, and lifting energy.

This unique, eight-week course provides stress management tools that Staff members can incorporate into their daily routine. Health and Wellness starts from within, and Serenity Yoga offers am intentional  beginning to the journey by exploring the mind-body connection through breath and gentle movement with yoga. 


Getting Started

Through our initial consultation, we’ll discuss in-depth, the expectations and goals for the program. We’ll also discuss a fee schedule that works for the company, whether classes are employer subsidized or employee sponsored.

To select a suitable location, consider conference rooms, lunch rooms or a company gym. Typically, classes will meet once a week for 60 minutes, for two 8- week sessions to rejuvinate from the celluler level and increase awareness, mental clarity and focus, while reducing stress and increasing smiles.  Staff members will be responsible for bringing their own yoga mats.
