Classes are based on gentle movement with purpose.  Rev. Denise incorporates

Gentle Pilates for toning, and Gentle Hatha Yoga for proper alignment. 

 

Focus will be on proper body alignment within poses and learning to develop deeper breathing techniques. Specific instruction of the basic yoga poses will be provided and students will be taught ways to modify and vary poses to best suit their needs. Focus is placed on incorporating pranayama with asana (breathing with movement) to create  an overall experience of well-being.
