Yoga is an ancient practice dating back 5,000 years. In "our Pyramids" in Egypt you will find hierogliphics of yoga poses and the evidence that the Egyptians understood and practiced Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga to obtain and maintain  Health and Wellness,  Mind, Body, and Spirit. The history of yoga is recorded from the Ancients of India.

The breath of life that is in us, is the evidence of God's Divine presence in our life, and it's the breath and movement that connects us to nourishing other areas of our life, including our relationships, our spirituality, and the world around us.
