Classes are based on gentle movement with purpose.  Rev. Denise incorporates Pilate's, Chair Yoga and Gentle Vinyasa flow yoga, to find balance and gain flexibility as we move through thoughtful transition from one posture to the next, with a focus on breathing and alignment of the spine. Focus is placed on incorporating pranayama with asana (breathing with movement) to create an overall experience of well-being.
