It doesn’t matter how you are feeling, a gentle yoga practice will always help lift your spirit with a focus on the breath for relaxation and spiritual healing. My mission is to make this practice accessible to everyone, especially during these unprecedented times. Serenity Yoga With Rev. Denise is not just yoga, it's much more.
With 32 years of teaching Serenity Yoga during my years of Ministry, Rev. Denise is excited to share her life's purpose with you. Rev. Denise is passionate about helping individuals identify with their own purpose and inner peace, as she combines the beauty and grace of God’s Word into her yoga practice and integrates the presence of the Holy Spirit with breath, guided meditation, and movement to experience a sense of wellness and mindful relaxation that celebrates every moment of life, and uses the technology of breath, movement, sound and stillness, in a fresh and modern way to encourage students to live an epic life. Her teaching style is heavily influenced by her yoga lineage of Katabi Jois, B.K. S. Iyengar, and various forms of meditation.
A next-generation wellness educator, Rev. Denise blends the Traditional yoga principles and real-world occurrences into an integrated experience that is grounded, gentle, and Serene.
