Spirituality can be defined as an emotion, or a feeling, that affects your behavior.
- Your behavior affects your mood,
- Your mood affects your state of well being, and
- Your state of well-being affects your health.
Some people manifest their spirituality in charismatic ways, others manifest their spirituality in a quiet way.
So how do we achieve spiritual well-being? When you consciously and subconsciously make efforts to have balance and harmony in your everyday living, you are experiencing spiritual well-being.

Easier said than done? Not really. Growing up, we learned the difference between right and wrong, good vs. evil and the consequences of our choices. As an adult, when you are consciously aware of the effects of your choices and the desire is a positive outcome, you are experiencing spiritual wellbeing.
You've heard the saying that defines spirituality best, ‘you’ll know it when you see it.’ Living in the moment with a desire to do good and not evil is spiritual well-being. Exchanging conflict with love is living as a spiritual person.

When you reach this acceptance, a true connection of the mind, body and spirit emerges with wisdom, and an understanding to the meaning of 'the fruits of the spirit'.
