Thank you for your dedication to promoting National Women's Health Week! It's not just an initiative that promotes physical wellness, but holistically values our bodies, minds, and souls. I am grateful for your work and during this busy season of my life while I am campaigning for District 9 County Council, this is an excellent reminder to me that I must not forget to taking care of my own spirit as well.

Hello Ms. Denise,

I'm loving the Serenity! It's so important that we as women take moments out of our daily lives to just relax, even if it's a really breif moment. It makes all the difference in the world. I'm glad you have decided to do this website to promote and encourage Women's Health. Our Health is just as important as anyone elses because we're often times the back bone of our families. We are the multi-taskers. Thanks for giving us women a great website to go to where we can get and give advice on health and wellness for our mind, bodies and spirits.

I was pleased to see your website again. Looks like you are moving in a wonderful direction. I will certainly check out things more in details when I get a little more time. Glad to see that God is still blessing you and keeping you in His grace. Love to you and the family.

Sis Vivian. I'm still growing stronger at my new church, Reid Temple North Location under the Executive pastor, Rev. Matthew Watley.

I think this website is already relaxing me. I literally did not think of anything work-related, and my mind did not drift off to think about present or future bills, for instance. You are doing an amazing job. Your passion for this really shines through. God Bless.

As women, we are naturally caregivers. When we were growing up, we took care of our dolls, some of us had a favorite pet, perhaps or a stuffed animal. That natural caregiving transcended into adulthood. We take care of nieces, nephews, our friends' children, our own children and even our grandchildren. We check on our co-workers, and I'm eternally grateful for my co-workers who have become my family.

So when we nurture ourselves, emotionally, physically and spiritually, we are strengthened and equipped to care for others, mind, body and spirit. We really are Steel Magnolias!
